Property Consultant

• Update and maintain accurate records of all customer correspondence
• Update and maintain accurate records of all available property on all available platforms
• Achieve or exceed any targets given to you by your line manager
• Responding to customer enquiries and concerns in person, over the phone and electronically
• Ensure all phone calls and messages are fielded or responded to in a timely manner
• Monitor and regulate prospective tenant files – including overseeing colleagues’ files when required
• Registration of interest, walk-in and overflow telephone leads in database
• Maintain company property to a high standard at all times
• Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publication and maintaining personal networks

Administrator

• Attend regular team meetings with all office personnel
• Fielding telephone calls and passing along messages
• Uploading all new property instructions for Lettings and Sales to all relevant platforms
• Sending out instruction paperwork for Lettings and Sales
• Maintaining supplies of all property marketing materials
• Checking details are correct in relevant platforms and software with regard to charges raised for new lets and renewals
• Effectively communicating with the property management department
• Create forms in all relevant platforms and software
• Create Excel worksheets – including functions
• Preparing leaflets for drops at New Isntrcutions & Open Homes
• Preparing valuation packs for Valuer
• Arranging vendor management meetings
• Creating Sales Memo
• Overseeing any company email inboxes as designated to you to ensure they are monitored and distributed correctly as directed
